The Ohio cabin fever has really set in and now I’m reminiscing on summer! My husband and I like to go on road trips as much as possible. We like to spend our money on experiences (and vegan food) instead of things!
So last summer, we went on our biggest road trip yet, over 1,000 miles from Ohio to Acadia National Park in Maine. It was such a fun time and I want to tell you all about our vegan stops in Upstate New York on the way to Maine and on the way back home. So as you can see, there are SO MANY vegan restaurants and restaurants with vegan options in Upstate New York! We just grazed over the surface of options too. Traveling through New York was such a blast and we loved being able to eat vegan throughout the entire state. We will definitely be visiting again very soon!
